58. Winning the Generation Game: Improving opportunities for people aged 50-65 in work and community activity – a performance and innovation unit report by the cabinet office (April 2000). A look at how unemployment figures are artificially low due to large numbers of unemployed people claiming Incapacity Benefit instead.
